With a continued decline in inventory, the overall Ann Arbor real estate market is currently in a seller’s market with a 3.9 month supply of homes listed for sale. All price ranges, except for over $1 million, are experiencing a seller’s or balanced market. This is typical for this time of year, as sellers wait for the spring market to list their homes, giving buyers less to choose from and creating more of a demand.
