Strong Start to the Year for Ann Arbor Home Sales
According to the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, Ann Arbor homes sales were up over 20% in January 2016 compared with January 2015. Home values also rose, with the average sale price up 10%. The year is off to a great start! We are still in a very strong seller’s market with a 2.7 month supply of homes listed for sale. New listings are desperately needed to fulfill buyer demand. Inventory remains very low and our buyer’s agents are having a hard time finding homes for their buyers.
