Inventory Increases for Ann Arbor Real Estate
Ann Arbor real estate inventory is finally starting to climb again and is up 17% with 54 new homes coming to the market during February. However, compared with February of 2012, inventory is down by 45% or 147 units. While still at historically low levels, this is great news for home buyers who haven’t been able to find that perfect home due to a lack of inventory and high buyer demand. Overall, Ann Arbor remains in a seller’s market with a 3.1 month supply of homes available for sale. The $500k and under price range is strong with the over $500k market recovering, but still in a buyer’s market.
