Inventory Up 38% from Beginning of Year
Listing inventory for Ann Arbor Condos is up 38% from the beginning of the year as the spring condo market kicks into full gear. The spring market begins a little earlier for condos than it does for single family homes, as home sales typically revolve more around the school year. While inventory is up, it is still lower than it was this time last year when there were 221 condos listed for sale. Condo sales have remained steady. Overall it is a seller’s market with a 3.4 month supply of units available and will continue to be so until more inventory comes to the market.
