Inventory Increases 10% for Ann Arbor Condos
Inventory for the Ann Arbor Condo market is starting to pick up as spring approaches. Compared with last month, the number of units for sale is up 10%, which is good news for condo buyers. However, compared with February of last year, there is a 37% drop in inventory. Sales remain high and with 605 sales in the past 12 months, the number of condo sales is up 17% compared with this time last year. The overall market remains in a seller’s market with a 2.9 month supply of condos available.
