Last year at Valley Ranch, no condos sold; however, in 2018, 2 condos sold with an average sale price of $391,000 and an average price per square foot of $196.90. The 2 condos that have sold so far have an ASP of $417,500, up 6.8% compared to 2018, and an A$/SF of $236.14, up 16.6% from 2018.
