Dexter Finishes Year in Balanced Real Estate Market
2015 ended in a balanced market for Dexter Real Estate with a 5.5 month supply of homes listed for sale. This mirrors the end of last year for month supply, but inventory is much higher with 155 homes listed compared with only 119 at the end of 2014. The number of homes sold was also much higher with about 339 Dexter homes selling in 2015, compared with about 269 in 2014. The $300k and under price range continues to be in a seller’s market, while over $600k is in a buyer’s market.
