Ann Arbor Condo Inventory Starting to Increase
Inventory for Ann Arbor Condos is finally starting to rise. There are currently 232 units listed for sale, compared with 183 this time last year. Year-to-date, 450 new units have come to the market, with only 409 last year. Condo sales are down slightly, however the 85 condos sold in June 2016 is much higher than in 2015 with 63 sales. It continues to be a seller’s market with a 3.9 month supply of condos for sale.
