All Price Ranges Show Signs of Improvement
While inventory for Ann Arbor condos declined slightly from the high in May, sales remain strong across all price ranges. Sales of condos over $500k are rising with 20 units sold in the past 12 months, compared with 12 in June 2013 and and only 3 in June 2012. Buyer confidence is growing as more sales are occuring in the higher price ranges. Overall, Ann Arbor condos remain in a seller’s market with a 4.5 month supply of units available.
