Condo Inventory Down 15%
Compared with May 2014, Ann Arbor Condo inventory is down 15% from 252 units listed for sale at this time last year. Condo inventory is typically at its highest in May, but this year, April saw a higher number of units listed for sale at 228. Condo sales are virtually the same with 678 sold units in the past 12 months, which indicates plenty of buyers in the marketplace. Due to higher sales with a bit lower inventory, Ann Arbor Condos are in a seller’s market with a 3.8 month supply of units available.
