New Inventory Slows for Ann Arbor Condos
As is typical for this time of year, the Ann Arbor Condo market is seeing a drop in new inventory as fall sets in. And with fewer units listed for sale and less inventory to choose from, we are going further into a seller’s market with a current 3.8 month supply of condos available. We did, however, see a rise in the the number of condos sold in the past 12 months, compared with last month and this time last year, an indication of a stronger buyer pool and recovering market. The over $1M price range is showing activity with 2 of the 3 units listed having contracts pending with a buyer.
