Arbor Hills Subdivision is a family friendly neighborhood surrounded by the natural beauty of the adjacent wooded areas. Arbor Hills is a collection of 198 homes ranging in size from 1146-2156 and features a very active homeowners association. They organize many events including: an annual picnic, Memorial Day bike parade, neighborhood garage sale, and Halloween parade. They take pride in their landscaping and work hard on the common area gardens to provide homeowners with a beautiful place to call home. At the center of theses Ann Arbor homes is Kilburn Park, a 2 acre play space, which was originally designed to preserve a landmark white oak tree.
