Ann Arbor Real Estate Market Update – November 2012

Ann Arbor Real Estate Sales Slow as Holidays Near

Statistics for Ann Arbor Home Listings and Sales for November 2012

Either the new MLS system for Washtenaw County is reporting incorrect data, which could be entirely possible, or sales of Ann Arbor homes are beginning to slow and decrease for the first time this year. With the holidays approaching and a much lower supply of inventory, this real estate trend may well continue through the end of the year. The months supply of homes is steady at 4.1, keeping Ann Arbor in a seller’s market.

We will continue to carefully watch the market and keep you informed of new trends we see. Are you thinking of listing your home in the near future?
